Homemade banana bread: 4 ripe bananas, 1 cup of whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup of pumpkin seed flour, 1/4 cup of coconut flour, 1/4 tsp of salt, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of melted butter, 1 egg, non stick pan. Mash bananas and add all the ingredients. Pour into pan and bake for 1 hour. Enjoy. You can also add #chocolate chips to this or any nuts of your choosing.  (Taken with instagram)
